"Maureen's breadth of industry knowledge perfectly suits our efforts to communicate Ten-X's innovative platform to the diverse commercial real estate marketplace, and her addition will play a pivotal role as we progress through the next phase of our business strategy," said Ten-X Commercial Real Estate Division General Manager Gordon Smith. Waters has held executive roles in nearly every area of real estate, including marketing, strategy, business development, operations, research and sales. "Over the course of my career, I have had the unique privilege of working in various capacities where I've been exposed to all aspects of the transaction process," Waters said. "I look forward to employing that valuable knowledge with Ten-X as the company continues to position itself at the technological forefront of this ever-evolving industry."
